A Boutique Retreat + Spa
Lumenas Oasis is a boutique wellness-based retreat and spa inspired by the Tree of Life, and will offer personal and group retreat-style stays in private structures with communal public spaces and wellness amenities (including a spa, salon, pool, and yoga, meditation, and gym).
Hair Parlour Update
Minimal architectural remodeling was requested for an existing and expanding Hair Salon to add 2 Stylist Stations, relocate and expand the waiting area with expanded retail opportunities, and a new semi-private lounge space for guests while having their services completed.

Community Event Space + Exhibition Kitchen
Re-inventing and activating an existing idle urban corner property to create a new community event space that will feature a commercial exhibition kitchen with semi-private indoor/outdoor event space, live-work studios, and site and rooftop communal amenity spaces.
